From potluck picnics to a future Remembrance and Honor Gala, our programs are how we bring the Khmer community of North Texas together — today and in the years ahead.
Cultural Events
Annual potluck picnics and gatherings at local Cambodian-owned businesses bring our community together to share food, stories, and connection.
Community Outreach
The heart of how Khmer Connect TX started: neighbors helping neighbors with rides to appointments, interpreting, and understanding important documents.
Volunteer Service
Community volunteers make every event and outreach effort possible, from event setup to helping families get connected to resources.
Cambodian Heritage Preservation
A flower-making class launches August 2026, followed by our Remembrance and Honor Gala in June 2027 — honoring our history and keeping Khmer traditions alive for the next generation.
Education & Resource Sharing
Cooking classes and Khmer language classes launch January 2027, helping pass down culture and language to the next generation.
Youth & Family Engagement
Growing out of our language and cultural programs, future initiatives will help younger generations stay connected to their Khmer roots.
Senior & Family Support
We’re formalizing the elder-support work that started it all — building a lasting structure so Khmer elders always have someone to turn to.
Business & Professional Networking
A future initiative to connect Khmer-owned businesses and professionals across North Texas. Details coming soon.
